  4. I have been re-studying Chi Gong and Tai- Chi Chuan which is helping me re-learn how to breathe but I still haven’t mastered the eating and stomach problem yet. I did stop eating spicy foods and am eating white rice and oatmeal. I eat a banana each meal but I still run AC/DC

  5. Looks great Jill I wish you didn’t live so far away I could use you. I just started taking Kopectate and it helps but depending on the time I take it and how bad my stomach is. My problem is sitting down it’s like a door closed, but when I lay down the door opens and I have no control when I’m asleep. The reason I told you my problem you said you were a nutrishenist .

    • I do consultations about nutritional supplements for people using a program called the Wellness Profile. But, yes I am a nut about natural foods with no additives and GMO’s. I also am not a fan of prepackaged foods or processed foods. My theory is that if my Great Grandmother would not recognize it as food, I should NOT eat it.
