Put herb vinegar in plastic squeeze bottle and use after shampooing.
Try to avoid exposing your skin, scalp and hair to the drying effects of cold weather. Cold weather dries hair and depletes it of essential oils and nutrients. If you have to be out a while, make sure to wrap up.
If you use a blow dryer to style your hair, move the blow dryer around continuously so that no one part of your head is exposed to the heat for too long. By doing this, you will diminish the chances of damaging your hair with excessive heat.
